MTF Coaching Academy CIC looks at installing key traits and attitudes into children's lives such as confidence, self-belief, teamwork, honesty, integrity and respect. Our goal is to work with the community and we believe that sport is a fantastic way to engage with young children and a powerful tool to break down social and economic barriers and keep children and young adults away from a life of crime.

MTF (u15s) v West Midlands Police – 16 August 2021
Thanks to the officers at West Midlands Police, MTF under 15s team had the privilege of playing against some of the local officers at Bordesley Green Recreation Ground. It was a very exciting opportunity for the children to engage with the local police and demonstrate some of their skills and also for the officers to get to know the youngsters of the community a bit better.
MTF hopes to engage in further matches with our local police force and encourage youngsters to build bonds."
