"MTF have successfully completed three HAF projects this summer, thanks to Streetgames. The projects took place at Mapledene Primary School, Saltley Wellbeing Centre and St Paul's Centre over a five-week period in the holidays. Our activities included multisports camps and creativity clubs. The pictures below speak for themselves but in summary children participated in football, hockey, archery, fencing, volleyball, tennis, basketball, den making, slime making, axe throwing, cooking, woodwork, salt-dough creations, pottery, martial arts, plus more. The activities were not only enjoyable but helped the children to learn a new skill, make new friends, develop their self-confidence, work as part of a team, engage in activities for the first time and have the opportunity to socialise, which is very important especially in the long summer holidays. In addition, children were provided with a freshly home-cooked meal daily which was very well received!"
