Best Football Moment:
So many to choose from but the most recent being a Villa fan is staying in the Premier league on the final day of the season especially as Villa have gone from strength to strength since.
How did you start coaching:
It started as soon as I left secondary school and I was lucky to work at Saltley Leisure Centre under a great manager named Stefan Saplice who always pushed me to fulfil my potential and working with children was exactly that.
I was fortunate to work with, in my opinion the best coach I have ever met, and even 13 years on O'Neil Donaldson is the one coach I base my coaching ethics and style around and I try to pass his teachings on to new coaches as we train them up.
Favourite aspect of coaching:
There is not a single aspect that is my favourite. I love all of coaching from the development and the happiness of the children to the social aspect of speaking to parents and other coaches and meeting new and fantastic people involved in grassroots sports as these are the superheroes for the children they coach.
